They have been so professional and went above and beyond to make selling my home as stress free as possible. My agent Ju Gentry was patient, courteous, professional and went above and beyond helping out with staging, holding showings, open houses and inspection and all the details in between. It was nice to know I could count on her and our broker Carol because I was going through a difficult divorce with my ex who did everything to sabotage and obstruct the sale of our home. We were able to sell in about a month and closed escrow 45 days after that! I highly recommend this team!

FALSIFICATION OF SIGNATURE in order to close escrow to gain commission on sales of property. Deliberately closed without my permission or notification. Please please re-read documents and DO NOT TAKE VERBAL PROMISES. I’ve worked with them on several properties and never had a problem in the past. But I was taken advantage this time due to their deadline for commission. I just want the company to practice professional conduct and ethical guidelines towards their clients.

This has been the most unprofessional, incompetent office, i have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with this office for a year, i have had three closing dates, that have come and gone, (every Friday at about 3:00pm, something comes up that cannot be handled until the next week). This is a probate situation, and I have another house to sell, however, I WILL NEVER ENTRUST CENTURY 21, WITH THIS TRANSACTION, hopefully, my escrow for my first property will eventually close. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE.
