I really enjoyed touring with Juliana! She was very accommodating and kind! She put a lot of effort into ensuring all of my questions were answered and allowing me to see everything I was interested in! I'm impressed with this apartment complex as a whole also! What I am able to get for the price is pretty great. Even if I have to compromise in some areas, I still feel like I'm winning!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pedro and Jose, the maintenance team here, are absolutely amazing. The day I moved in, they came up to me, greeted me, and immediately made me feel welcome. They were very respectful, kind, and let me know that if I ever had any issues, I could come straight to them. During my first month living here, I had a garbage disposal issue, and they immediately replaced it without any hassle. More recently, when my toilet started having flushing problems, they responded quickly, were extremely professional, respected my privacy while working, and genuinely tried to fix the issue. When it couldn’t be properly repaired, they went above and beyond and replaced the entire toilet. Every experience with them has been fast, easy, and stress free. Allora Bella Terra has been an amazing place to live at. Its been a month of staying here and we are loving everything about the place. The apartments are well taken care of and resident concerns are addressed on priority. We had an issue with a microwave light & The management stepped up & Replaced the entire microwave. It was nice to see because it shows they are not pinching pennies & They're actually focused on the resident experience. I must admire Hector for always being available and always responding kindly and corteously to my queries & maintenance requests. People like Hector really elevate the value of the entire apartments complex for me.

Barely coming up to a year with my baby here,and I'm ready to finish this lease. My ceiling has been cracking with a water line and and mold keeps recurring.All they keep doing is over painting it and saying they don't know why its happening and putting it complete. 3 times I reported the issue along with my tubs paint keeps cracking off and the 2nd request they paint it and left it with blue spots everywhere.I set a third request since it cracked alot and still have no real reconstruction has been done.rediculous.The front desk said to email management.I did 3 times no response.How are you supposed to live with a child with mold and take baths with a tub all in that condition..by the time they do something the ceiling will probably fall in.
