Alleia Long Meadow Farms Apartments

I lived here for two years and had to leave for grad school! I've loved every moment here and the friends I've made! Dog friendly park, great community, maintenance team is on top of their A-game, amazing pool, & so many amenities and the location is perfect! Thank you so much for having me! Until next time! Move here only if you don’t mind commercial trucks being parked in front of the property. It’s becoming a growing issue and definitely impacts the appeal. I’m unsure why management hasn’t taken action yet.

I’m writing this review just about 30 days into my residency at Alleia at Long Meadow Farms, and I wanted to share my experience from the very beginning of the leasing process. My daughter and I first toured the community in November, where we met Marsha Komara. From the moment we arrived, Marsha was warm, professional, and provided excellent customer service. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the apartments and a detailed overview of the community. At that time, we were considering multiple apartment options, and she did a great job presenting Alleia at Long Meadow Farms in a positive, honest, and welcoming way. In December, as we narrowed down our final options—including Satori, their sister community—we revisited Alleia at Long Meadow Farms. The second visit was even better than the

I can’t say enough great things about Alleia! Beyond the stunning design and layout, the community offers everything! A spacious saltwater pool, gym, entertainment and movie rooms, plus private resident office suites. What truly makes this place special is Lisa, Lauren, and the entire management team! They’re incredible! I’ve lived here since moving in and haven’t wanted to leave. My first floor apartment is peaceful and quiet and it honestly feels too good to be true. With so many events and opportunities for health, wellness, and social connection, Alleia is truly THE place to live in Fort Bend County!

I’ve lived here for a while now, and I continue to be impressed by how responsive and friendly the maintenance team is. Just yesterday evening, I submitted a work order for a noisy ceiling fan – and by 11 o’clock the next morning, it was fixed quickly and professionally. This isn’t a one time thing either; every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been prompt, thorough, and kind. Beyond the great service, the community here is wonderful. The tenants are friendly, and the very large dog park is a gem! Every evening, a group of us gather with our dogs – it’s become such a fun and joyful part of my day. It’s rare to find a place that feels this much like home.
