Alexan Gateway

I really like living at Alexa Gateway. Today we had a little “meet your pet” event, and it was honestly so cute. The staff was super friendly and the vibe was really nice. I also like that they do things like giveaways and small community events it makes me feel more welcome and makes the place feel more like home. Overall, I’ve had a good experience here, and I’m happy with my home at Alexa Gateway.

Updated review after moving out….the charges they gave us I feel were very unfair. Never have I been charged to repaint every wall in a unit (pictures below). I’d agree maybe one wall but the rest were perfectly fine and also, when did that come out of the residents pocket. Felt like we were getting charged just for the not to pay for fees to upkeep the place for normal wear and tear. The noise from Veterans road is INSANE, non stop trucks and LOUD cars at all hours of the night. I recommend getting a unit far from that road. Ppl used the pool and grill way past to allowed time which an hour past, ok I get but 12-1am with music playing…unable to sleep and poor management from the property to keep this from happening. My partner and I have lived here relatively problem free for nearly 3 years now. BIGGEST complaint is the parking. 300 for a garage, 100-150 for uncovered spot, and 125 for covered. Kind of ridiculous to pay so much to park where you live on top of high rent. Other than that, communication between office staff and tenants could definitely be better. Had a hell of a time trying to renew our lease this year and nearly didn't make it on time because no one would get back to us. I had to keep coming to the office to check on progress. The staff is very nice and professional though. The amenities are also fairly nice compared to what other places might have to offer.

I don't know where to begin, I am extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. When I viewed the units, the first one was tiny and on the ground floor with no privacy with a terrible location. The second unit was nicer, but the rental process was a complete disaster. After submitting my application with all my personal information, the office never even bothered to call me or apologize. I found out only because I called them myself, unable to find the unit online, that the apartment had already been rented. It is outrageous that they did not notify me or acknowledge their lack of communication. This shows a shocking disregard for potential tenants. On top of this, a tenant living by the military road warned me about unbearable noise from the freeway. The worst prob
