My husband and I were looking to possibly move closer to work. Although we ultimately decided to stay put, we both decided a review was necessary. The first person I spoke to that reached out to me was, Sandra. Her warmth and genuine support and demeanor gave me high hopes for the tour we had set up. Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest apartment manager and Sandra. We were given a tour by another young lady who was not only informative, but honest and sweet. The apartment was beautiful. It was clean and smelt brand new. The layout is loft style and the kitchen has a lot of cupboard space! We toured the grounds and saw the laundry rooms and play areas as well. Apartment managers suck especially Sandra; terrible service! They do not let you tour the place before moving into an apartment. Before I walked in, saw a bunch of homeless. As soon as I walked in, I saw a couple cockroaches. No wonder they didn’t want me to tour the place. I’m glad I didn’t get the apartment.

Interesting I’ve already written a review regarding the fact that they have cockroaches and didn’t wanna do anything about it but for some reason it’s hidden so I figured I would make another review first of all they have cockroaches and they didn’t wanna do anything about it now there’s a new property manager and now the cockroaches have infested the building and are living inside of the walls but what does the new property manager feel like it’s appropriate to do?? hire a pest control company to spray on top of the counters, so guess what they sprayed on top of the counters and a week later there’s another cockroach in my apartment do not move in here it’s not worth it The other tenants are absolutely disgusting and leave their trash in the trash room and treat this place like it’s garba
