!!!Avoid This Apartment at All Costs!!!! Living here has been a nightmare. The rental agreement is completely misleading — what you sign is not what you end up paying. Every month, I’m hit with outrageous hidden fees that were never disclosed upfront. It feels like a scam designed to squeeze every dollar out of tenants. I talked to all my neighbors and they feel the same way , no one renews the leases here. If you value transparency, fair pricing, and basic communication, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is a trap to take your money— don’t fall for it.

I’ve had such a positive experience. From the start, the office staff has gone above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and cared for. I especially want to highlight Portia....she is always welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in helping residents. So glad to live here!

As a fairly new resident, I’ve really enjoyed living here! it’s a small property, which I love because it feels quiet and community-focused. Communication from the property manager, Portia, has been super clear from the start, which makes such a difference. There aren’t a ton of amenities, but the terrace is amazing and perfect for relaxing or having a quiet moment outside. I feel lucky to have gotten in before summer since there’s not much availability, and now I totally get why! There’s also always something going on nearby...local activities and spots to check out just make the location even better. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

Transparent pricing, responsive and reliable property manager. The building is new with great in-unit amenities. Living here for two years was a pleasure. Just be aware of street noise if your unit faces the road.
