Harborview Apartments

I am super happy about how the customer service and maintenance crew have been so helpful and accommodating and very communicative and making this move in very smooth through a very stressful time. I would like to Give a special shout out to Angel, who has been a super helpful very supportive listened to my concerns and was reassuring always and helped make me feel more comfortable and my move in a lot more smoother! I would also like to mention the front office staff how communicative and sweet they were through the whole process as well. It made looking for an apartment easy and felt so warm and open that it was meant to be.

Angel from maintenance was friendly and followed up to the minute when had some plumbing issues. Additionally he also checked in the next day to make sure things were still running smoothly. Thank you angel!

We moved within the complex and needed assistance. angel was communicating and responsive. He was urging plumbing to hurry and ensure our problem was taken care of. This is the customer service that is needed in an apartment complex!!

Harborview has been a delight thus far! Moved in last week and Cierra made the process so smooth and easy, Brittany was very friendly and the maintenance team has been great so far as well.. i had one minor issue with my washing machine and they came right away!

Just moved in to my unit and have had what I believe is a great start to this living arrangement! The unit was clean and ready to move-in, but we had one issue with the gas dryer on the first night and submitted a maintenance ticket. Angel came by the unit; located the issue and made the necessary repairs before anything major could have occurred. The staff has been super helpful and welcoming. Thanks to Cierra and Luis for their move in assistance and information.
