Tenants be aware. The santa management company is going to ask you to pay for maintenance. In those case I've neen asked to pay to change the tiles in the bathroom. As you see the tiles are not matching and is like an eyesore
The on-site mgr, Dana, is absolutely amazing. Though I didn’t get the opportunity to live here, I must say that due to unforeseen events she went above and beyond to help me and my friend/roommate lock down a unit at a different Santa Fe location. If you give notice to leave, then leave! Thankfully all of the locations that Santa Fe owns and operates are prestine and I’m super thankful for the quick movement on their part.
