A property I was recently looking at had severely incorrect information about it. It was listed as an FHA property with working Central AC. However, the pictures were from a previous listing years old, the central AC had failed and parts of the property had collapsed from trees! Meaning it could never qualify for FHA and was severely misrepresented. The worst part was that it had been tenant occupied for years! But was not listed as such. This sort of behavior borders on the fraudulent. I'd be afraid to purchase any property listed by them if this practice is tolerated. How unfortunate, as I was ready to put an offer in just from the listing alone!
