Yukon on Benson

We are moving in a couple weeks and have been looking all around for apartments. The property manager here was accommodating and well knowledgeable.This is one of the reasons we ultimately decided to go with the Yukon!

easy move in friendly area

Have been here for almost a whole year. While I love the layout and area there is an issue with dog waste. Not all owners are picking up their dogs waste and it’s in our little patch of yard/patio area. We are surrounded by dogs so don’t know the exact owner. But there should be ZERO dog waste in our little area. Bought this place to have a yard fo kids to play and we can’t even enjoy it due to the dog piles. And NO we are not picking up after other people’s animals. We don’t own a dog for a reason and it’s not our animal. Doesn’t seem to have DNA animal testing here like a few other apartments/townhomes do. Email warnings don’t seem to deter the lazy owners. Would love for these people to get caught and fined so it stops. Otherwise it’s been enjoyable and quiet and the office is very kind
