Brad is an exceptional person to work with. He worked hard on selling our house and had multiple open houses. He gave us excellent advice on things to do to help get maximum value out of our house. He was also great with the purchase of our new home and never complained about showing us potential properties. He was always willing to take our calls or call us back promptly when we had questions about paperwork and numbers. Excellent person, extremely honest and helpful, hard working and very committed to making sure all the paperwork was completed correctly. Also came up with very useful suggestions for improvements to the new house.

Right from the start Brad was pleasant, welcoming and able to adroitly guide us through both the buying and selling processes. He was always available and ready to help with our questions. In particular, he was extremely helpful with several questions that arose from a complex HOA situation. We were looking to buy a home and the original poster never responded, even though we reached out three different ways and waited weeks. Upon googling the company, Brads name was the first to pop up. We reached out to him letting him know we were interested in viewing one home in particular. Brad got back to us super quickly and had us viewing the home days later. He bent over backwards to help us with the process and kept in touch with us through the parts he couldn’t help with. He helped me find a temporary rental and was absolutely brilliant in assisting me with my home purchase. I warned him that I’m picky and ask lots of questions, and he handled my million questions with patience and a supportive attitude.
