I lived here for over a year and have greatly enjoyed the beautifully remodeled place! I never had any major issues and have appreciated having Cindy as the building manager. The only thing I would change is having the garages remodeled and made bigger! Other than that, it’s one of the best places I’ve lived.

New resident but so far, it’s been great. Beautifully remodeled kitchen, ample storage space throughout, quiet building in a great location. The laundry facilities and security features here are amazing. I was previously living in a poorly maintained building and would regularly experience people coming in from the bus stop who did not live in the building or know residents…I always felt unsafe there. Moving here has been such a huge relief — I already feel so much safer and at home here. The moving process has been great too, with all the paperwork & payments done online, it makes it so much more efficient. Cindy has also been so accommodating, helpful, and responsive to any questions I have had. I think I’m going to be very happy here.

I have lived at this apartment for about 10 years now-I have never lived anywhere where there is such personal attention to a tenant. Cindy is approachable, understanding, and any issues are attended to as soon as possible, which is usually pretty quick. I love my renovated studio, it is just what I need, wood floors, brand new appliances, and more. I feel lucky to have found this place.

Cindy was very pleasant and attentive in helping me recieve the apartment I wanted. My apartment was spotless and updated, with real hardwood floors 😁 on my move date. Also upon arrival I was informed a ticket was already placed for my missing light bulbs. I was very pleased👍🏼

I have lived at Yorkshire Grove for over 7 years. Cindy, the property manager cares about the residents. I lived in a studio apartment for most of that time. When I decided it was time to get a one bedroom apartment Cindy was happy for me. She was excited that I was going to get one of the newly renovated apartments. I have a new stove, refrigerator, and even a dish washer. I am looking forward to the gym they are putting in.
