RAY

I’ve lived at the Ray for almost 4 years now. I’ve never had any significant issues. If anything breaks, the maintenance crew is quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. If I have an issue with the package system, Shane the manager, is very quick to respond and deal with the issue. There’s not much commotion, it’s a quiet place to live, and I feel decently safe in the area which is important to me. I like that I can control my heat and cooling from my phone. I didn’t realize how much laundry one person could go through, so having the in unit laundry is great. I highly recommended the Ray apartments.

I lived here for 2.5 years and I would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a more modern apartment at a lower rate than you'll find in most of the Twin Cities. The building is fairly quiet and the management is responsive. The Ray is very much centrally located and easy to get to most places in the city with easy access to the light rail. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Arcadia Management again.

I've lived at Ray for about 1 month and the apartment is really great - everything is so clean and bright and new. I really enjoy looking out my glass balcony doors at the view and how quiet the building is. I love the modern appliances, the in-suite laundry machines, the air conditioning and the nest thermostat. The best thing about moving here is really Brita, the property manager, - she answered all of my questions so promptly and made me feel very welcome with the move in and has checked in to see how things are going. The location is very convenient with places to eat nearby and I can easily get to the train station. I highly recommend this apartment building.

I've lived at Ray for a little over a year now and just absolutely love it! The units are modern, fresh, light, and efficient. The balcony's are spacious and the nest thermostat is clutch when you're in and out of your unit all day. I've had great experiences with the management team, they are warm, welcoming, and professional. The location is so convenient as well, with it's adjacency to the train line, its central location between Minneapolis and Saint Paul, and its proximity to the U of M campus. I've lived in 4 different apartment buildings in the twin cities and none of the others compare to Ray! Highly recommend this spot!

I've lived at RAY for a year and a half now, and I absolutely love living here! The building is incredible. I love how dog friendly they are - having an area on the rooftop for dogs to run off-leash is incredible! All of the people I have met here are also really nice, so it's a great community. Management is great, and Brita has been nothing but helpful! Any time I have a question, she is prompt to reply and so nice. Really living here has been my best apartment experience ever.
