Cannot emphasize enough that you should avoid purchasing one of their homes. We purchased a home the company flipped a few years ago and it's been nothing but problems. We've had to replace our entire kitchen due to faulty plumbing they updated, and pretty much everything their "contractors" touched is poor quality -flooring, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, even some of the fence posts weren't cemented in. There aren't even permits on file for the property for the work they did when they flipped our house. Save yourself the headache and heartbreak.

My Experience with World Class Realty was wonderful. My husband and I were looking for a house and it was our first time buying. Marie Depedro walked us through every step of the process. She made it so easy for us to understand the ins and outs of what was going on and what we needed to do.
