2024 has been difficult and challenging after learning early in the year that a cousin of mine had died months earlier and I had inherited his house in North Carolina. I live in Virginia. On the suggestion of one of my sons who is lifelong friends with Joe Cicero of The Gelzinis Group, I contacted Joe about helping us sell the house when it was time. He told us e would help but his co-worker, Tara Bryant, would handle the work because she is licensed in NC and he is not.
