I’ve lived here since July of last year and have had a great experience. The apartment was brand new, spacious, and everything works perfectly. The community is clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it a lovely place to relax or take a walk. It’s a bit farther from the UMich campus, but the drive is very manageable and the environment is ideal for remote work. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The leasing team—Lauren, Abbey, and Matt—and the maintenance staff are all very helpful and responsive. Lauren always answered my questions kindly and in great detail.
