I lived in one of Eric's properties for three years, and I adored living there. Property is high quality, and very cozy, perfect for any student. My apartment had a great location, and I am so thankful for how easy it was to access campus and downtown! Eric is always fast to respond and more than happy to help out. Going to miss the place! Eric was great at communicating necessary information and fast to respond when we had questions. Finding quality and reasonable housing in Ann Arbor has become increasingly difficult, so my roommates and I always felt grateful to have stumbled across such a great property and landlord.
