Let’s just say I have lived here in the past and am so excited to relocate back. Aja has been the most helpful with making this transition possible. Very attentive, professional and on top of everything. I have visited property and the new features are awesome. Always greeted with positive energy from Tom and Aja. Thank you guys for everything.

The management and staff at this property are a significant cause for concern, falling short of acceptable standards. Thomas 'Tom' Andruchow's managerial behavior has been deemed rude and disrespectful. Despite promises to address resident issues, the office staff often fail to deliver. Tom's interactions are characterized by dismissive body language and a lack of interest. His communication style is often off-putting. Resident satisfaction appears to be a low priority unless incidents occur on the property. The property's outdated infrastructure and neglected maintenance requests contribute to the high management turnover rate, resulting in inconsistent service. Safety concerns, including drug dealers and prostitution in the parking lots at night, further detract from the property's appea
