The Residences at Great Pond

Don’t mind the negativity. This spot is definitely a great place to be. Office staff are friendly and professional. The apartments are well done - design and quality. Everything for my move in was clean, possibly brand new, etc. My first home while here in Boston/Massachusetts.

Horrible personnel and horrible attitude, first time I went with wife and daughter(w/o appointment) the guy that was there told us that since we didn’t have an appointment and he was the only one in the office he couldn’t help, so we went home and did an appointment online( they make go through an ID check before arriving) when we arrived for our appointment the person (Nathalie) there with very low energy like she didn’t want to be there not a good attitude at all grab my ID again even if you do the check up beforehand but my wife forgot her ID and the lady said she can only take me. What is this? TSA? A government building? Is crazy really just to see an apartment this companies not only charge rentals super high but think they are the White House that have to go through rigorous checks.

Move in process was fast and easy. Natalie and Suzette are great! Ron from maintenance is fast and efficient! Couldn’t say anything more about this place!!

I've had a wonderful experience living at this apartment. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for residents’ comfort. When guest are not supporting the cleanliness they are fined and an email reminder is promptly sent. Natalie and Suzette in the office are amazing—they're always willing to help and find a solution to any problem. The entire management team is responsive, kind, and truly goes above and beyond. I'm grateful to call this place home!

Natalie is a great person that helped me settle down quick. She and the team work quick enough for me to stay ASAP. I really appreciate her help!
