Woodside Eleven

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe and welcoming. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to shout out the assistant property manager, Shatara. She is absolutely amazing—very kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. She communicates clearly, stays on top of everything, and always goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. Having someone like her makes a huge difference and truly enhances the living experience here. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live with excellent management.

My husband and I (wife talking here) enjoyed our short time here while we looked for a home. I wish we got a 3 month lease like I suggested to my husband. Breaking lease is very expensive. The location is about 5 minutes to downtown, it can get noisy from the city (side), not so much the apartments. The office people have been very good with communication, flexible with many things that popped up during our time there. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. I suggest getting a 2nd/3rd floor and try to get a view away from the city. Looking at the trees every night before bed was nice, we always had our patio door open. We really enjoyed it! I had an excellent experience working with Shatara. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly receptive. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge of the property and genuine willingness to help really stood out. She even helped us on the two month free special and saved us lots of money. After being here for two months I will say I’ve not had a single negative thing to say about living here. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a place to call home.

I lived at Woodside Eleven for roughly 3 years. I had a great experience start to finish. I loved my apartment and the community as a whole. The entire staff is amazing. Jackie and her staff have always taken great care of me and responded quickly to any questions. The amenities are very nice and well taken care of as well. The location couldn't be better with about a 7 minute easy ride downtown. It is quiet and felt like home. I cannot thank Jackie and her crew enough.
