Fairway is competent, professional and won't waste your time like most bankers do. Their creative hard working staff is a real pleasure to work with. My experience with them was great and I don't know how it could have been better. I have been in the real-estate market for over 30 years (buying and selling) and I am a harsh critic...can't even count how many bad experiences I have had with other bankers and mortgage brokers over the years that ask for tons of information and never come through.
