My husband and I have rented from Stone Properties and we highly recommend them!!! Over the year and a half we’ve been at our rental we have interacted with the President of Stone Properties, David Stone, the office staff, the repair crew and the landscaping team. Everyone is super nice and you can instantly feel they want to make your stay as inviting and comfortable as possible. We are sad to be leaving our wonderful place, but now that we bought a home we’re glad to be staying in Greenville. Hopefully we’ll run into some of the staff around town!

Stone Property made our rental experience easy & straight-forward. They provided good upkeep of the external property & the landscaping/maintenance crew is awesome! They are quick to respond to any issues or payment/billing questions & are very clear about their responsibilities vs. the tenant responsibilities. We loved the location of our rental & would highly recommend this property management group to other tenants looking for a rental!

Stone Property Management was wonderful to work with! Anytime there was an issue, they were quick to respond and fix the problem. Very friendly people; they were great in communicating and keeping us updated on anything new going on in the apartment complex. Would definitely recommend.
