Woodmere Creek

I lived in Woodmere for 2 years. I did have a couple issues with my apartment that initially were brushed over. But when Ryan took over she took my concerns seriously and did everything she could to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend living here. You can't beat the price or the location.

Cindy was very rude. Went on a tour, did not have the rooms we wanted available to tour, yet still let us drive all that way to our appointment. The show room was very nice, however none of our questions were answered, and Cindy made it seem like it was such an inconvenience that she had to give us a 10 minute tour. I asked if we would be able to see the specific unit we would be moving in to before signing lease (to ensure no mold, bugs, etc), and the answer was an emphatic no. Needless to say we will not be signing here.

I have lived here for 3.5 years. Just renewed. Like the location very convenient and safe. With the new Staff it is a world of difference. From top to bottom, very pleasant and for me take care of things in a timely fashion. Shout out to Ryan and all the folks.

4 stars. Great price and good place. Great location. Very quiet and never had a problem with neighbors. Ryan will do anything she can to help you! Had a few problems but you will have that anywhere.

I lived at Woodmere Creek for nearly 5 years and rarely had issues. If I did the property manager always took efforts to resolve those problems as quickly as possible. Of all the places in Birmingham this apartment complex provides the best value as well as a safe environment and exceptional location.
