Southbrook Apartments

I have been living at Southbrook for a month and I love it!!!! Mrs. Davis was so helpful with my move in it was a breeze. If I had a problem she handled it right away. The apartments are well maintained, clean and I feel safe here. My ice marker didn't work, Mr. John had it fixed in a couple of days, with a smile. I thought living in an apartment, it would be so noisy but it's not, you hear stuff but it's no loud people hanging out, no loud music , no one sitting in cars, no one sitting in the breeze way or steps and you see the police riding or sitting by the dumpster. Thank you Mrs. Davis and Mr. John for all you all do for us.

Let me just say I love living here so far. My apartment was ready for move in EARLY. Work orders are filled in a timely manner. People aren’t just hanging out in the breezeways. The property is very well kept. It’s quiet and clean. They need a Ms. Stephanie (the Property Manager) in the office at a lot of complexes I visited before South Brook. She’s runs this place with professionalism but you can also have a conversation with her and see that she genuinely wants everybody to have a decent experience living here. She will literally go out of her way to accomplish that. She even had mail and packages rerouted to the rent office during the holidays to prevent theft and walked door to door to pick up packages to hold until they could be picked up. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for Stephanie and her team! The complex is quiet, clean and any issues, especially minor, are handled responsibly and personably! Great neighbors that are hard working, friendly and respectful is a GODSEND for a happy, supportive, and safe living environment! We are a community with family as our purpose! Thank you SPM!

Love it here wish I would've knew about these years ago. It's always clean, quiet, and spacious and all work requests are handled in a timely manner you couldn't ask for a better living experience

My grandfather been staying over there for over 5 years and he absolutely loves it. Ms. Stephanie has an amazing, welcoming, fun, passionate, patient attitude. It feels good not having to worry about the safety and the upkeep of my grandfather over there. They keep the maintenence up.
