I want to give a huge thank-you to Juanita Simms from the Woodman West leasing office. She was incredibly kind and patient, and she helped my parents through the entire process with genuine care. Her professionalism and positive attitude made everything smooth and stress-free.

I’m a single mom and I’m a low income person. We’ve visited the office countless times to explain that I had stopped working for a few months, and we consistently provided all the information requested for our recertification. Despite this, management repeatedly told us our certification was "still in process" and that they couldn’t confirm our rent amount. Every time we asked about our rent, we were told they didn’t know yet. Then out of nowhere, we received a letter saying we owe $8,000 and have just 5 days to pay. This is completely unreasonable. At no point were we informed of any amount due until this sudden notice, even though we made every effort to communicate and follow up. To make matters worse, we even contacted PK Management directly for help, but they failed to resolve anythin

I am extremely dissatisfied with the new management at my residence. Despite completing the annual recertification and providing all requested documents, including pay stubs and bank statements, I continue to receive threatening letters about potential rent increases and eviction. They have asked us to come into the office more times than I can count for a process we've already completed. Each time, they claim that they are missing information, which is frustrating because I have already submitted everything they asked for. This ongoing situation has caused me a great deal of stress. Additionally, they have changed the rent payment app multiple times, and none of the apps have worked properly. I had about $2,800 in credit, but due to the broken app, that credit is now gone. Go to a shelter instead of moving in here you have been warned 😔 maybe HUD or VA housing authority can come here I need a housing voucher. since there seems to be a issue privacy in bldg 1902 as tenant that is also a senior citizen I expect the same respect and right to privacy as other tenants and I don't like living in a bldg that has identity thevies such in Apts C and F
