The Walker Virginia Center

Living here has truly been such a great experience! The property is beautiful! The property manager, Katie, is incredible always kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. The staff is open to suggestions and truly values resident feedback, which says a lot about how much they care. The maintenance team is amazing, especially Shawn, who always responds quickly and takes care of things efficiently and with a smile. Having someone so reliable and helpful makes day-to-day life so much easier. The neighbors are also super friendly and respectful, and the whole environment just feels welcoming. Right now, they’re building the third building, and it’s already looking like it’s going to be absolutely beautiful. It’s so exciting to see the community growing

I’ve had a great experience living here! The property management team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It really makes a difference knowing the staff actually cares about the residents. The apartment itself is a great value, the rooms are surprisingly spacious for the price you’re paying. Plenty of natural light, solid storage space, and the layout makes it feel even bigger than it is. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and well-managed to call home.

Moving into The Walker Virginia Center has been a positive experience. The office staff is always willing to listen and help with any concerns you may have. Maintenance is very prompt to respond to any issues that arise in my apt. The grounds are very well kept, well lit and clean. Having a nice pool is a huge plus. Seating is plentiful and the pool furniture is very nice. My apartment is a one bedroom. The kitchen is large and there are so many cabinets for all my things. Love that! Shops, restaurants and interstates are close by, as well as public transportation. So convenient! Schedule a tour today!

I did my research when I went looking for a new place and once, I came across The Walkers at Virginia Commons there was no need to look any further. I called and wanted a tour and fell in love with this place before my move. I could not wait until moving day to make this place my home. There were so many things that caught my attention with the wonderful amenities (24-hour gym, washer/dryer, top of the line appliances and the layout of the apartment, location etc.). I love to cook and my favorite is the kitchen. The only problem I had is deciding where to put everything because of all the cabinet space. A cook’s dream. I am beyond excited! From start to finish The Walker Virginia Center has been top tier. The moment me and my sister met with Gabby to tour the complex. We automatically knew we wanted to make this our new home. Awesome amenities from the saltwater pool to the 24 hour access to the gym, the adorable mail room which allows for your packages to be dropped off indoors. There are 4 floors to choose from. it is conveniently located in Glen Allen within walking distance to local stores, restaurants , movie theater, gym and The new Virginia Center Complex is basically in our backyard. It is very close to accessing the highway. The application process was smooth and fast. We have been here about two weeks and I’ve met quite a few of our neighbors. Everybody is super friendly and very kind. Also ma
