Screen door doesn't fix frame, too small. Maintenance technician put a screw in it (so it would stop coming off the track) and said they had to order one. Electrician had to give estimate for approval to reconnect wire inside wall that's not connected to the inoperable outlet in bedroom.

My experience with Woodcrest Village was full of red flags from the very beginning. I was told by the leasing agent I was required to pay my FULL security deposit before I was even allowed to tour the exact unit I’d be living in which is untrue. That alone should’ve told me everything, but it got worse. When I finally toured the unit, it was nowhere near move-in ready. The floors were dirty, the sink was disgusting, and the oven looked like it hadn’t been touched in years. There were also dead roaches and spiders in the apartment. Nothing about that unit said “cleaned,” “prepared,” or “ready for a new resident.” When I politely asked about getting the place cleaned before move-in, I was told it had “already been cleaned,” which was wild because nothing about what I saw matched that. No one has been to my unit to fix anything that I put in a request for they keep sending these messages saying thank you. How was your maintenance? Did it get completed? No, it did not. They have not done anything. I put a seven request and they just keep saying that the work has been done and it has not stop. Sending me these things saying that the maintenance work is made out or I will start posting pictures of things that need to be done. You all are still continuing to send me messages saying that maintenance has been completed and again the last time somebody been to my house was on December 4 and I didn’t even request pest control at that time, but I guess definitely needed it, but I started purchasing my own things because I was putting my name on there every weekend. Renewal Concession processed incorrectly resulting in me paying $80 more than I should have. It was corrected expeditiously and a credit was issued to be applied to next month.

I just moved into my unit at Woodcrest and I absolutely love it! Carliss was extremely helpful and welcoming, she absolutely went above and beyond and made what is normally a very stressful process for me very pleasant! She even gave us a cute housewarming gift with toiletries, household items and candy. Very thoughtful and hospitable, it really felt like being welcomed home. There are a lot of spiders due to being so close to the woods, but pest control seems to be persistent and I have not had that much of an issue inside the actual unit (they’re pretty much just hanging around the complex but I don’t mind spiders.
