Newly constructed homes. Overpriced for the square footage (reflective of what the market is currently doing, though). The Marlin home design had the nicest upgraded finishes, but I couldn't get past the size of the owner's suite, closet, and bath, or the awkward layout of the 2nd largest bedroom. If you're looking for a new home as a first-time buyer, you'd be wowed, but a more seasoned homeowner won't blink twice. Agent (Lindsay was very nice and follow-up in potential interest was same day; very attentive. Great salesperson.)

Yes! Yes! to this new community, we were greeted by two Awesome agents who greeted me and my husband. We invited to a wind down Wednesday. We had a great guided tour, and we are so excited. We will inquire about the next steps to become residents of this community. Aja Caffey and her assistant/ associate were very enthusiastic, friendly, and caring. I want them to get the best and highest consideration for providing the best customer service to each and every one who came into their office. I thank you, Rocklny Homes, for your great staff at this location.

Looking to be a very nice commuintity soon but the prices for these townhomes are overpriced
