I am an applicant on a waiting list to (hopefully) move in one day, and so I was waiting to actually live there to write a review about my experience there…but then I realized I have so many reasons to start reviewing now. I must say that Mary and her assistant Janine, have been very patient and understanding whenever I have called with questions. Although I didn’t mean to be, I am sure I was becoming a bit of an annoyance to them calling too many times. I must confess that my excitement, eagerness, and wish to be able to one day live there got the best of me. Now starting my 8yr living in Woodcrest. Dropped from a 5 star to a 3 Star ⭐️. I still like, “and will”continue to live. Room for improvement.

Minimum income requirement is $60,000 a year..Real affordable for seniors on a social security fixed income....

My grandmother lives here. It is a nice community. There is a pool and onsite laundry. The apartment has air conditioning and a dishwasher. She lives on the top floor and has her own small deck where she can sit out and eat her breakfast

Several of my friends and family members live in the complex. And from the short and brief interaction with management and staff it seems to be soundly ran. Like everything else in life there's a certain amount of good and bad in all things. Simply life on lifes terms.
