This HOA board defines useless. Kathy should understand the frustration since she lives in a condo herself, but clearly empathy isn’t her strong suit. The whole group is an embarrassment, and I’m thrilled to be done with them.

Is there an award for "Worst HOA Management Company on L.I. " ? If there was LIMS would win that every year. First of all they were obviously biased when the vast majority of homeowners wanted to remove board members that were not doing a good job for the homeowners. That would be putting things mildly and I don't want to risk the wrath of a lawyer that is being paid partially by my common charges. I am refinancing my townhouse and needed the Master Insurance Binder and also a letter stating that my common charges were current. For over three weeks of email requests and one phone call, I thought finally that they would provide the documentation that I requested. They ignored me and now the clock is ticking on my closing date and I may get hit with higher fees/and or interest rates be

Amazing and personable. My name is Arthur B. Seales with NY Missions Realestate and I have say I’ve dealt with many Management Firms and I was taken back by the service given over the phone. Also, as busy as she was, the owner still set up a meeting with me to further brainstorm some of the ideas I had for the communities she overlooks. When I showed up to the office, the woman there made me feel right at home. Thanks a bunch LIMS.

One star is actually too much. Horrible, nasty staff, gives out personal info to community members about other community members, is fiscally irresponsible to community, makes outside look incredible when inside is filthy and falling apart. Does not uphold By-laws... DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO ELSE WHERE U WILL BE DISAPIONTED WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES
