Woodcreek Apartments

I had a great experience living at Woodcreek Apartments. The communication with the office staff was always excellent — they were friendly, professional, and easy to reach. Maintenance service deserves special recognition. Whenever there was an issue, the maintenance team responded very quickly and, whenever possible, fixed everything the same day. That made living there very comfortable and stress-free. 1am especially grateful to the leasing office for being understanding and flexible when our one-year lease was coming to an end. Due to personal circumstances, we asked to extend the lease for an additional six months. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it truly feels like home. Management (Kaylee) is responsive, professional, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities are well cared for, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I’m very happy here and would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and positive place to live.

Do not be fooled by appearances. This property looks nice, but it starts falling apart within months of living here. Once you move in, it becomes obvious that everything is cheaply done and poorly maintained. Maintenance responds quickly, but the work is bad. Repairs are rushed, incomplete, and the same issues keep coming back. If you eventually stop submitting requests because nothing is ever fixed correctly, they will still find a way to charge you later. We were explicitly told by Kaylee that mounting a TV was allowed as long as we filled the holes. We did exactly that — filled and sanded the holes — and were still charged for “wall damage.” We were also charged for thumbtack holes, which is ridiculous after living there for years. I love these apartments! The aesthetic is so lovely and they're nicely designed within. I had a great time touring with the staff and they were very knowledgeable about any questions that I had about the place. I plan to move in at the start of next year can't wait

I toured Woodcreek recently and loved my experience. The office atmosphere was welcoming, and while walking around the community, I noticed it was clean and free of trash. The apartment I toured was spacious and updated. Highly recommend checking this place out!
