Woodbury Place Apartments

1064C is the worst apartment that we have lived! They have a huge issue of mold in both rooms. The management does not bother fixing the root cause of the issue but just does temporary work and the mold keeps coming back. Plus the inconvenience caused. Also, management take their own time to fix the mold. As soon as it rains, the mold starts taking over the walls in the rooms. Check out the pictures. Next about AC and heating, barely get any AC and heat in two rooms. The maintenance just keeps saying its working but they never fix the root cause. The management does not return any calls. They don’t reply to your emails. Disregard to anybodies health concern regarding mold. Worst apartment complex ever! Deserves no stars. Never ever going to refer anybody there!! Had an awesome time at the Hawaiian party hosted by Woodbury place! The food was great, and the staff were super friendly. Love living here – they really know how to make tenants feel appreciated!
