TGM Park Meadows

My family and I have lived at TGM Park Meadows for approximately 4 years. All the staff including maintenance are friendly, efficient and always helpful. Jennifer Kozerski, our leasing manager is extremely professional, kind and fully understands the needs of this community. I recently had a personal situation requiring the relocation of my mother. Jennifer and Jocelyn were instrumental in assisting us with our situation from start to end. I highly recommend TGM apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, nice and pet friendly place to live within the Schaumburg area. Jennifer, thank you the leadership, compassion and dedication to our community.

We lived in this complex for six months — overall, it was a positive experience. The apartment was spacious, with a large balcony and plenty of storage space. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful, and safe, and the building was always clean. Special thanks to Marco — he was always friendly and professional, truly a pleasure to interact with. Also grateful to Jessica — she always responded quickly to any of our requests. However, Natalia didn’t always come across as friendly, and at times even seemed a bit rude. As for the downsides — the rent became very expensive, especially compared to newer complexes in the area that offer better deals and more incentives for new residents. Unfortunately, there were no offers or loyalty benefits for existing tenants. We also had an unpleasant situ

Jenifer Kozerski was very helpful for us, she did for us 1 month free and explained steps in easy way, as we know to rent a house from other places is big challenge. But when I met she was Approachable!

Really enjoyed the experience of meeting with Marco, one of TGMs leasing agents. Confirmed my appointment before meeting in person and was very professional through the entire experience of looking for a new apartment. Marco answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome. TGM has many apartment options and great amenities.
