These people are more than willing to take your money and give you a rattie ass apt and charge you rates for a one bedroom when they don't have any bedrooms. Always haveing plumbing issue. Drug s always being bought and sold on property I would not recommend these apts to a bum

Small and apt maintenance was incomplete for over 2mosand then i had to do tbe repairs and was paid nothing or reimbursed any comp or discount rent then evictied first sign of trouble to pay rent..

Carbajal Apartments the office people are very unpleasant. You can never get a straight answer from anybody they don't have anything all bills paid they cater to the Baylor crowd, more than they do to the general population
