I’m very disappointed with how snow removal is handled at this apartment complex. After snowstorms, the property is not cleaned in a timely manner, which makes it difficult and unsafe for residents to walk or drive through the parking areas. The delays create unnecessary hazards, especially for those who leave early for work. What’s even more frustrating is that management consistently asks residents to move their cars right when people are getting home from work in the evening. Instead of scheduling snow removal during normal business hours (9–5), when many residents are already at work and parking lots are naturally less full, they inconvenience everyone during the busiest time of day. I wanna start by saying I don't do reviews too often. It takes a lot for me to right a review.. So with that being said I have been overwhelmed with the treatment Reina has given me from the beginning which was about a week ago to now. I am in the process of finding a place to move to and she has been a breath of fresh air to say the least!! She is caring and actually listens to my concerns and honestly addresses every question that I had and has walked me thru the process of getting approved for the apartment and has made me comfortable with anticipating moving to this apartment building!! She is extremely professional and goes out of her way to make sure I will be a happy tenant and I am writing this on a Sunday because I just spoke to her ON A SUNDAY and she was attentive on her day off

PROS •Size of the apartments. •Willy the maintenanceguy, he works his tail off for this place. CONS for the last 2 years. •Capstone Properties. •I was set to transfer to a 2 bedroom  and had to wait 2 weeks because the apartment wasn't complete. Missing a the refrigerator and oven. Walls were done half heartedly. Everytime I was told it was ready something else needed to be completed. •Cockroach and mouse infestation inside the walls of every building. Do not park near any of the dumpsters, the roaches will take up tenancy in your car. •Management or the lack thereof. Complaints are ignored because the only thing they care about is how much they can steal from you. •Maintenance supervisor(Not Willy). He is an aggressor and agitator. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU APRECIATE YOUR TIME. I had an appointment with the management at 4:30 and when we arrived, we called them and they didn’t answer the phone. We kept calling for about 20 minutes and nobody answered nor opened the door. I am very disappointed in this community as I had to drive more than and hour to see the apartment and they left me hanging. I strongly do not recommend this community/management at all as they wasted my time and ny gasoline!

Horrible management. They ask residents to replace blinds by a strict deadline even though it’s not a safety hazard. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional approach to simple maintenance issues.
