The property I saw was OLD. It seemed they just painted over everything and there were cracks and holes in the walls. The doors did not lock and nothing was sealed In correctly therefore insects would crawl in and water would come in when it would flood. MAKE SURE you take pictures of all the DAMAGES bc WOOD REAL ESTATE WILL NOT GIVE DEPOSIT BACK. Make sure there is an AC filter before you move in otherwise they will charge you for not putting one yourself . Make sure all outlets work otherwise they will charge you for it . I’d advise if you want to rent trying another group for smith county

Avoid their rentals like the plague. They are hardly maintained, and when you move out, you are likey to lose you deposit on repairs that should have been done before you moved in.

Justin was a great help to what was an extremely frustrating foreclosure. He was very knowledgeable of the process and it helped settle our minds while we waited for the necessary paperwork to go through.
