I’m leaving this review because the level of neglect from this property and its management company has become impossible to ignore. For months, we have lived with serious health and safety hazards in our unit — including active ceiling leaks, water intrusion, structural damage, and air-quality concerns. These are not old issues. This is the CURRENT condition of my unit today. Some problems have even affected the unit below us, yet repairs were repeatedly marked as “completed” in the system despite no work ever being done. We continue to deal with open holes in the ceiling and attic, damaged flooring, unstable structures, and water damage that has gone unaddressed. Outside, residents face broken fencing, unsafe walkways, unsecured construction materials, overflowing dumpsters, and hazardo

As a wife and mom, having a smooth and reliable rental experience really matters to our family. Our time with Cintra Realty Group has been positive so far, and the process from moving in to getting settled has felt organized and clear. Communication has been consistent, and it’s been reassuring not having to worry about unanswered questions or unnecessary stress. Overall, it’s been a solid experience that’s made settling into our home much easier.

GRANDE VILLAGE: Such an amazing place to live. The community is quiet, in a great location, and easy to communicate when help is needed. The homes are beautiful and well designed. Cintra is easy to work with and the people are very friendly.

Moving in was such a breeze! We had trouble setting up water with the city but they took care of it for us immediately. Plus, they have been super easy to contact. I’ve never been put on hold or had to wait long for a response through text or email. Our new home at grande village was in wonderful shape and was just cleaned so it smelled good when we moved in! All the neighbors have been so sweet, and it is very quiet here. Hoping to stay for a long time 🥰
