well heres the deal, he has properties, but wont rent to us because we have a puppy boxer, even tho half of his tenants in trenton on mars have pitbulls, german shepards etc etc, i only know this because ive lived in trenton and would walk around mars and sycamore. but hey dont shoot the messenger, funny thing is i have renters insurance so if my dog was to damage his property he could just charge my renter insurance but hey good luck witt, just know every tenant you have in trenton and where ever you have properties have dogs that weigh 100 plus.

apparently pet friendly but refused to rent to me because i have 2 dogs. stated that in my application and told him over the phone i had pets thought a 50 pound dog is a reason why he couldnt help me but i see tenants at his trenton properties walking dogs that are 100+ pounds.

Quiet neighbors, pet friendly, landlord doesn't maintain much. Cheapest rent in Monroe, but you get what you pay for.
