My experience with Todd Homes was spectacular! I was never left wondering what was going on with my build. Kyle and Brenda were super responsive and proactive in communication. The design selections were exactly what I wanted and the craftsmanship is evident. I love the details and the luxurious feel. I had a slight hiccup with my dishwasher after moving in and Dylan was there to fix it within 20 minutes of my request. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home or buy a market home from them.

We knew it was time to move and came across TODD HOMES! We toured the Bayview Model and decided after searching through their selections that the Baybrook was the home we wanted. The sales director worked closely with us making the step-by-step process easy and we got exactly what we wanted in our PRICE RANGE. Our home is fabulous! Todd Homes LLC built our custom home in 2023. The quality and workmanship along with exceptional customer service exceded our expectations.

Not good at following up. I spoke with their rep, went to see the model. Sent questions months ago and have never heard back, disappointed.

My advice. Stay far away from this builder. The customer service is a joke and if they do show up to fix anything they make it worse then refuse to come back and fix it.
