Overall Really pretty apartment! And nice staff in my experience- my only complaint is that the parking lot is. absolutely. terrible. Each apartment comes with one carport spot, which is awesome. But if more than one person has a vehicle in the apartment, they have to park in the first come first serve parking. Which would be fine if half of the parking lot wasn’t always blocked off and there were enough spots for everyone in the complex. There are not enough parking spaces for how many people live here. Sometimes there is literally no parking other than the leasing office. For such a big nice complex, we really need a better parking lot.

My partner and I love our apartment and the surrounding area very much. However, the way maintenance is run at Windtree is not efficient or effective at all. We've been having problems with our dishwasher not working since October. We have responded to this the way we were instructed by submitting multiple maintenance requests, yet it is still not fixed after 4 months of having a broken dishwasher. Obviously the appliances that an apartment comes with are accounted into the rent price. We've been paying the price of an apartment with a dishwasher for a whole 4 months, even though we haven't had a working dishwasher this whole time. This feels so unfair. We are extremely busy, and having to hand wash dishes everyday just adds to the stress. I hope this issues gets fixed soon!

Overall fantastic apartment/area. Very clean, safe and quiet area, and incredibly considerate and kind staff. More details below! Getting the apartment: I did this entire process virtually (which was a bit risky, I'll admit!). We did a virtual walk-through of the model apartment on the website with Emma Smith. She was able to answer all of our questions, and helped us understand the differences between available units. We decided to go with a slightly less up-to-date apartment to save a bit on rent. Overall great support, communication, and understanding! Moving in: Move in day was painless, just had to stop into the office, they showed me the apartment, signed some papers, and I was on my way! Have lived here for 12 years. Rent goes up every single year as the property decays. Office staff and maintenance are rude and have extremely high turnover. Serious health and safety hazards are ignored. Maintenance used our toilet plunger to unplug our kitchen sink. We’ve had sewage come up into our apartment three times before they fixed it correctly. They tromp all over our carpet with muddy boots. We’ve had gas and chemical fumes entering our home, and after informing them of the problem on three occasions, Windtree has done nothing to fix it and treats us like garbage. We have had countless issues. I’d give negative stars if I could. They also have poor reviews deleted to make it seem as though they have higher ratings.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE!!! I’m saddened by believing the reviews prior to moving here. It felt like a bait and switch move and I fell for it. Management seemed all nice in the beginning and willing to help but once you’re locked in, they ignore you and avoid communication at all costs. They have such a high turnover rate that it has to be an internal problem and corporate needs to get involved. Packages are being stolen and maintenance requests aren’t being done after weeks go by. I don’t think I’ll be renewing when it’s time.
