Working with Shanon was a great experience overall. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. Questions were answered promptly, timelines were met, and the process felt organized and efficient from start to finish. No lending process is ever completely stress-free, but this one was handled as smoothly as possible. If I had to give feedback, perhaps a face-to-face meeting prior to closing. The first time I actually met Shanon was at closing, and it may have helped to have met her, at least initially to start the process, so that I the connection was more personal. Like I said though, overall, great experience.
