So frustrated with laundry room. Lights go on and off (motion detection system). Sitting in the dark all the time. And the settings for how much water to be used for wash and rinse cycles is ridiculously low... Its wetting the clothes but not washing them. Need much more water in 2 of the 3 machines.... Treat your paying shareowners berter and you won't have 2.7 stars as your Google rating.

This place is only for cosmetic view it looks nice and quiet from the outside but once you are inside is dirty, noisy. Lack of porters, poor maintenance and is not done daily not unless they are selling, yet maintenance fee goes up every year 2+%. New shareholders don't want to follow up with the bylaws of the Co Op. you have to deal with the abhorrent noises, especially the noises of the mental ill that lives in this complex. If you complaint the management cares less and wouldn't return your call if you call them. Security can only do much. Most of the management personnel have a nasty attitude. Lived in Windsor Park from 2018 until the summer of 2024. It was our first apartment. 95% of the experience was learning red flags. Quickly came to learn the building is infested with roaches. The WP exterminator was useless. We paid our own guy to come in (out of our own pocket). During Covid, our ceiling above our bathroom came in. The guys came and left it exposed for months. I had to threaten to call DoB for them to come fix it. Finally, life changed for us and we had an opportunity to move. I had one month left, the landlord (Barry) kept my security to "finish the rental agreement". The final kicker, on my move day, I call WP to say I need to drop my key off. I live in Windsor Park 45 years. I am an owner. Windsor Park is the best neighborhood in Queens. The pool is nice, and there are beautiful parks all over the neighborhood. Windsor Park is also a very safe neighborhood. The houses in the area are all over a million $. The schools are the best in Queens. There is also adequate street parking. This area is perfect to raise a family. It's a great place to live.

As a first time apartment renter, this was a terrible experience. When i saw the listing online, it showed that dogs were allowed. One month into staying there, they said that dogs are not allowed, despite there being many dogs on the premises. I have an ESA and provided all the documentation needed. I then started to receive notices from their lawyer about my dog being a nuisance. I have video proof of my dog’s behavior while I am at work. He sleeps most of the day or plays with his toys, which they don’t have squeakers. I tried to contact the landlord and the lawyer. Neither parties wanted to speak to me. I sent an email to the landlord, which he did not respond to. 3 months before the end of my lease, they gave me the option to either leave the premises or to be evicted by the court. I
