I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude about Rachel's exceptional work. In less than three months, she helped me achieve my dream of moving closer to my mother. Her strong communication skills, ability to effectively problem-solve, and kind demeanor made this experience a true joy. I had an utmost pleasure working with an agent Emir Kolar in Compass for our recent 1st co-op 1 bedroom purchase in Bay Terrace, Queens. Although the approval process with co-op and obtaining mortgage can be viciously strict and gruesome, he was not only extremely professional, attention to detail, and patient, but also made the buying process with smooth and at ease. He welcomed all the questions I had and answered pretty much all of them and he would get back to me if he didn't had the answer right away. I had a wonderful experience with Rachel B. from Jessica's team. On the first day we met, I shared with her exactly what I wanted and the ideal timeline I'm hoping to meet and she delivered just that! Rachel was always communicative and helped with the entire process - recommending mortgage officers, finding an inspector, making sure credits would be provided, and the list goes on. I closed today and Rachel was extremely thoughtful and surprised me with with decorating my new home during the walkthrough. Thank you Rachel!

It is approaching a year since we bought our house with Jessica's help. Jessica made the process so simple and exciting. She would truck with us to may open house and would know as soon as we walk into the house if we should leave or continue our tour. Jessica took the time to get to know my husband and I and what we were looking for. She would be on the phone with us until 11 pm putting in offers or scheduling a tour for us.
