Windom Gables Townhomes

I appreciated that my unit had new carpet, new light fixtures, and bathroom plumbing. However, it seems that maintenance did not check their work, before I moved in. The shower head did not fit and sprayed water all over the bathroom, the bathroom sink leakes, and two windows have missing strips to the vertical blinds, preventing full privacy. Maintenance responded right away to my first repair request, but I keep finding new things that weren't working properly before I moved in. No one likes strangers in their homes when they are away at work, even to fix things. I wish the unit was thoroughly inspected before I moved in, to be sure everything worked. On my first walk-through, much of my time was taken up with the manager trying to enter the property with a new smart lock that she couldn

So far a fantastic place to live, with a great and safe neighborhood, a great apartment management, as well as clean facilities. I love my unit and this place has been nothing but supportive for us. Love it!

Lived here for 2 years and we love it! Units are older so there are the typical concerns but the maintenance team is quick and do a great job! The neighborhood is wonderful and there are plenty of events

I moved in to Windom Gables in 2020. I loved it for the first two years. Then new management took over. I am a single mom with two kids and had a housing voucher, once I was awarded that , the community manager and the people in the office completely treated me like trash. A fake tow warning was put on my car for expired tabs by Joel, the community manager. When I confronted him about it he was totally rude. My car was parked on city property and the back sticker had fallen off, my tabs were not even expired. Then it all escalated to the point where I was being constantly harassed. NOTHING was ever fixed promptly or properly for that last year, there was mold in my bathroom which was never finished, I had a broken washing machine up until I moved out, a leaky ceiling in my kitchen, and s

Great place to live and very spacious. The office staff have been very helpful and kind and the move in process was very easy and fast. All maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Al is also amazing as usual and I’m very grateful he transferred over here for maintenance.
