Working with Nate was the best experience I’ve had with a property manager. He’s very personable and always encouraged me to reach out if I suspect anything is wrong or off. He’d rather send someone out to find nothing, than for someone to not speak up and later it become a bigger issue. The few issues I did have were minor and were all addressed within 24 hours. My favorite part was that I could call or text him and he would respond back timely, no submitting issues to a portal just to never hear back. I wish all my experiences renting were as easy as it was with Nate.

Honestly, one of the best places I've lived! Maintenance is taken care of quickly, the other tenants are quiet and polite, the building is cleaned weekly. Would have stayed longer if I hadn't outgrown my 1b. You're in uptown next to everything but tucked away enough that it's quiet plus 94 is right around the corner.

Stayed for a year with this management and had great experiences. We had 1 clog in the shower and it was resolved the day after. It was a newly renovated apartment, nice layout. They spent quite a bit of time repairing the window caulking, cleaning up and putting new grass in areas, cleaning of the hallways every week. Also, after moving we still had packages to come and they were great with meeting and picking it back up. Great experience!

Lived for almost three years under this management and honestly it was the best I have ever had out of all the rentals I’ve lived in. All requests were addressed promptly, very courteous about notifying about any building maintenance/inspections going on, and overall just treated you fairly. Really felt like they tried to have my best interest in mind. Would definitely recommend.
