Windmill Apartments

I’ve lived here since mid July and I must say, it’s an overall pleasant experience. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, everyone has been welcoming and accommodating. Steve and Ty are wonderful and take care of all my requests in a timely and professional manner. Happy to call this place home.

This is so beyond annoying. I left work early so I could come and get my Amazon package from the office but neither Jeremy or Amanda are here. At 4:30. The office shows closed, lights are off even though leasing office hours are posted right next to the closed sign and online. The office doesn’t close till 5 so either we need to change Hours of Operation or someone is in trouble. This happens consistently, absolutely ridiculous that now I have to wait til Monday to pickup my items when I was here before the building was to be closed.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Steve and Ty, our regular maintenance crew here at Windmill Apartments. These two are absolutely top-notch. Today, they were working on a different unit nearby and noticed our screen door needed attention. Without even being asked, they came by to fix it—talk about proactive! They arrived within about 15 to 30 minutes (Elizabeth says 30, but it felt quicker!), and were already halfway done before I even had the chance to step outside and thank them. That’s how efficient and on top of things they are. Not only did they handle the repair swiftly, but they also took the time to explain how the door fits tightly due to the railing—which isn’t their fault, and I can confirm that after watching them work. They even made sure we knew how to operate the doo

Steve and Ty were in the parking lot. I had filled out a work order. I asked them if they were on the way to my apartment. They stated “no” they introduced themselves and asked did I need some help in my apartment”. I said yes, I had 2 cases of water in my car, they carried up for me , reviewed the items that needed repaired . They did increase the temperature on my hot water heater, took notes and pictures of repairs needed. They assured me they would be here soon for repairs. They are very nice , caring and knowledgeable of their job. I was extremely impressed with them. Makes me so happy to be part of my new neighborhood. Thank You !!

Steve, Jeff and Ty are god sent! They showed up right away and got everything fixed fast! They know what they’re doing!!! Great men! I’d recommend them to everybody! Thank you so much again!
