When I needed a Realtor, Mike was an easy choice because of our long acquaintance with him and his delightful family, from our time living in Utah. He was the right choice. I was selling my grandmother's home from out of state, and I needed to rely on his experience as both a Realtor and property manager. Mike was professional & communicative, offered great counsel at decision times, and really eased the burden of maintaining and selling a home from several states away. Altogether satisfied with his service and the great results we realized in a challenging market.

Awful. Lied about a tenant who had a dog when contract stated no pets. Didn't find out for a year and a half of the animal being in the home, then when confronted, Mike immediately said our relationship was going "south" and in a text message of all things and said he wouldn't be responding to any questions or communication anymore. This was it of the blue. Found out later from the renter that Mike told potential renters to go into the rental property without him and just look around and gave them the code to get in. No idea who these people were and he said it was 'normal' for potential renters to go see a place without him there. Stay as far away from this company at you can. They literally do nothing and they do not care about their people. Thankfully I am handy and can take care of most things on my own at the house they are supposed to be property managing. After being a tenant of almost 3 years I asked if I could get out of my lease a few months early and they gave me horrible options. I could find a new person to take over my lease but lose my deposit. Businesses need to care about the people that keep them in business. Very disappointed with this company.

The first few weeks were great! Then you need to talk to someone in the office. NO RESPONSES….EVER!!! no return calls, text, or emails. In the time we rented from this company we NEVER received a move in list, never received an HOA R&R contract, never received our pool key until 1 month after the pool opened( was a huge joke trying to even get the pool key). ALWAYS had to drive our rent checks up to their office because our tenant portal WAS NEVER up to date and always showed us being months behind!! thankfully I kept all bank receipts. Want something fixed? GOOD LUCK. Someone was sent out to do an evaluation and never returned. When our contract came time to renew we decided not to renew because the owner of the place told us she was going to sell so we found another place but these p
