She was with me every step of the way and gave such good recommendations in order to get my home sold in a timely manner in a tough market. She went above and beyond helping me with my relocation company as well. I was able to lean on her through a very stressful few months and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

We had 5 days to find a home for an interstate move. Talk about stress. Joanna helped us find a home in a competitive market (homes were selling in hours) and negotiated a fair price. We would not have had a home with out her. She continues to have a relationship with us and we are so grateful for her. Joanna helped us find our dream home in Eagle Mountain! She was patient with us while we viewed house after house trying to figure out our needs, wants, budget, etc. And it was so nice to have her do all the "heavy lifting" behind-the-scenes realtor work so that we could just focus on the house hunt. With the house we ended up buying, she got us in to see it right away and helped us put together an offer that was accepted that weekend!
