would NOT recommend living here. What I have experienced goes far beyond normal maintenance delays — these are ongoing habitability and safety issues that have never been fully resolved. Over a year ago, I had a water leak that damaged my walls and cabinets. I was told the cabinets would be replaced. They never were. In September 2024, I had no air conditioning during extreme heat. I have a child with a skin condition, and we were forced to leave our apartment for almost two weeks, which caused serious financial hardship. The air was only fixed after I contacted code enforcement, and I missed hours of work because I had to be present for inspections. Since then, every time the AC runs, I hear dripping inside the unit, causing further damage to my walls and carpet. This issue has never b

I stayed there for 5 years. I moved out Sept 18, 2025. The office had a close sign so I dropped my keys in the rent slot. 2 months later my old neighbor told me court papers on the door so I called the office. I reminded them I moved. Why did you still take me to court. They said when u went by they the spoke to me. But they had needed all they keys. So now this stuff on my credit when they knew I moved out

My unit is flooded. And others people bowl is coming up through my toilet. This is the 2nd time this had happened. And right before the holidays.... There is no emergency number to call for issues like this. I've never had any issues with the ladies in the office, but this is going to cause me and my family to relocate elsewhere. Who wants to come home from a long day of work with sewage water everywhere?

Baby save the headache and DONT apply to live here. They moved me into an apartment in the front facing the street that flooded EVERYTIME it rained and kept saying there was nothing they could do about it for 2 years of me constantly calling corporate. Apartments are all filled with black mold that they just spray over and don’t actually get the mold out the walls so it make you sick especially if you have asthma. The women in the office EXCEPT Kayla always have nasty attitudes , they barely answer the phone in the office. You have to call corporate and ask to speak to Phyllis and Ikesha’s manager just to get the help you need with issues in the unit. When it was heavy rain in Memphis for 3-4 days the ENTIRE apartment complex was almost underwater so those who didn’t have insurance were le
