WIN Home Inspection

I was extremely impressed with WIN home inspections. I booked my home inspection via their website and was impressed that Eddy was able to accommodate my request to show up the very next day. His summary was extremely detailed and included pictures. In addition the summary came to me via email so I had it available within a few hours of the inspection. I found his pricing to be about what I had expected for a home inspection, but Eddy's fast response and great communication were more than I expected. I am a real estate investor in the Memphis area and I will be using him again.

Eddie was extremely thorough in our home inspection in Memphis. As new home buyers, we really appreciated how communicative he was throughout the process. At the end of the inspection he went over with us the things we should definitely fix, what we don't necessarily need to fix before closing but probably should after moving in, and the things that aren't really problems at all.

Mr. Eddie was exceptionally thorough and took time to walk me through each item he noted. I felt like a valued customer as opposed to just another number to get through the system and that means the world in the home buying process.

Eddie was very thorough in his inspection and descriptions. He has a good understanding of buildings and structures. He also has a good understanding of MEP systems and made excellent recommendations for repair.
